· I am on call for you from 37 weeks until you give birth and will be your personal advocate every step of the way.

· Perfect if you’re planning a caesarean birth but want the benefits of unhurried continuity of care and support from your home.
· Or book this package alongside your NHS care for extensive support, education and preparation.
· Offered in line with the NICE Antenatal Care Guidance "schedule of antenatal appointments", however appointment frequency is flexible to individual need
· 1-2 hour visits
· In-depth assessment and discussions at each stage of pregnancy; blood pressure monitoring; urine tests; assessment of fetal wellbeing, growth and position; offer of fetal doppler to listen to your baby’s heartbeat if you wish
· Detailed birth planning, feeding and parenting preparation, including hypnobirthing and biomecha
· 10 visits spread over 4-6 weeks.

· Full maternal postnatal physical and emotional wellbeing support and assessment
· Full postnatal baby check
